Terms of service

1. What Neme6 is

Neme6 is a platform for running amateur sports competitions: tournaments and leagues, teams, players, games, results and statistics.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number (or other methods we offer). You must give true information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. Do not share your access codes.
• Each profile belongs to one real person.
• If you are under 18, you need your guardian's authorization to take part in competitions.

3. Organizers and team managers

• Whoever organizes a competition is responsible for it: its rules, entries, prizes, suspensions and any payment collected outside Neme6.
• Whoever registers other people (players, referees, officials) confirms they have that person's authorization, or their guardian's, to do so.
• Neme6 does not organize or supervise sports events and is not responsible for what happens at them, such as injuries, conduct or prizes.

4. Results and statistics

Results are reported by teams, referees and organizers. The final decision on a result belongs to the competition's organizer. Neme6 does not guarantee that reported data is accurate.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Impersonate someone else or enter false data.
• Harass, discriminate against or threaten other people.
• Post illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Access accounts or data without permission, disrupt the service or scrape data in bulk.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload (team names, crests, photos, texts). You allow us to show it within the service, with the visibility you choose, only to provide the service.

7. Price

Neme6 is free to use today. Paid plans and advertising will come later. Before charging anything we will tell you the price and conditions, and nothing will be charged without your acceptance.

8. Availability

We provide the service as is and may change or remove features. neme6.com currently runs as a demo: data is erased every time the service restarts.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Neme6 is not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from using the service or from its interruption. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law or other rules that cannot be excluded.

10. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Neme6 at any time and ask us to delete your account, as explained in the Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We will publish changes to these terms here, with their date. If they are significant, we will let you know before they take effect.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Colombian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection given by the laws of your country.
